Legal Agreement
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TALKARAA REGARDING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE TALKARAA PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY MOBILE APPLICATIONS, WEB SERVICES, AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INTERFACES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. AI Technologies and Third-Party Integrations
The Service leverages advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to facilitate interactive capabilities.
- Integration of Google LLMs: The Service incorporates Large Language Models and generative technologies provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Users acknowledge that the underlying AI technology is third-party intellectual property and subject to Google's respective terms of use and policies. Use of the Service implies consent to the processing of data through these third-party models.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: As an AI-driven platform, the Service may generate outputs that are factually incorrect, nonsensical, or unrelated to the input. The Company disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content.
Prohibited Content and Strict Safety Policy
The Company adheres to strict safety guidelines and employs rigorous filtering mechanisms. The following conduct and content are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- Prohibition on Nudity and Sexual Violence: The generation, uploading, sharing, or solicitation of content depicting nudity, sexual acts, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is expressly forbidden.
- Prohibition on Graphic Violence: Content depicting graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or the promotion of violence against individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.
- Adherence to Safety Settings: The Service operates with mandatory safety settings designed to filter harmful content. Any attempt to bypass, subvert, disable, or reverse-engineer these safety protections constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of access.

The Service is engineered for entertainment and emotional wellness purposes only. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A MEDICAL DEVICE OR CLINICAL SERVICE. The AI characters are not licensed healthcare professionals, therapists, or counselors. Reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk. In the event of a medical or mental health emergency, you must contact qualified emergency services immediately.
3. User Eligibility
- Minimum Age: Access to the Service is restricted to individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Adult Content Access: Access to features designated as "Mature" or "18+" requires the user to be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing such content, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Payment Processing: All subscription services are processed securely through RevenueCat. The Company does not directly store sensitive payment instrument data.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
5. Data Retention and Privacy
- Data Lifecycle: To maintain system integrity and user privacy, conversation logs and associated data are retained for a maximum period of ninety (90) days. Data exceeding this timeframe is automatically and permanently purged from server clusters.
- Termination: Upon termination of a user account, all associated personal data is deleted in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
