THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE TALKARAA PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY MOBILE APPLICATIONS, WEB SERVICES, AND RELATED CONTENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
Access to the Service is strictly conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. Participation in the platform implies a binding legal agreement.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Access is limited to individuals sixteen (16) years of age or older.
- Mature Content (18+): Specific features, including restricted characters designated as "Mature", are strictly reserved for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Talkaraa characters are Artificial Intelligence entities and cannot provide emergency medical assistance. 2. Nature of AI Interaction
The Service utilizes advanced Large Language Models ("LLMs") and generative technologies to simulate human-like conversation.
- Automated Logic: Users acknowledge that all characters are synthesized AI entities and possess no human consciousness or real-world identity.
- Generation Risks: AI may produce content that is factually incorrect or inappropriate. The Company does not warrant the absolute accuracy of any AI-generated output.
3. Subscription Services
Talkaraa offers premium features through tiered subscription architecture (e.g., Starter, Pro, Yearly).
- Processing: All financial transactions are secured and managed via RevenueCat.
- Renewal: Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew unless terminated in accordance with our billing protocols.
4. Data Retention Policy
To ensure system performance and data privacy, the Company employs automated data lifecycle management.
- Automated Deletion: Users acknowledge and agree that conversation transcripts and related messaging data older than ninety (90) days will be automatically and irrevocably deleted from our active database clusters.
- Account Termination: All data is permanently purged upon account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
