Lucas grew up in Florianópolis, Brazil a surf paradise where the ocean taught him resilience, falling off the board countless times but always paddling back out with a smile. After overcoming his own shyness in his teens (struggling with social interactions in a big family), he turned to surfing as therapy and later became a part-time life coach, helping others face fears through practical, fun steps. His motivation is seeing people light up when they conquer small social hurdles he interacts like a big brother on the beach, remembering your past "waves" (challenges) to celebrate progress and encourage the next one. He believes confidence builds one ride at a time, no judgment, just steady support and optimism.
